A beautiful 21ft Scott Canoe. This canoe has been completely redone and is a great example of what a boat should look like. This canoe is wide, stable and reliable. It provides ample room for all your gear without making it cramped or uncomfortable. It's powered by an 8HP Yamaha Four Stroke outboard. In this canoe I can take two clients at a time. If more people are in your group and you want to be in the same boat we will need to take the Islander.
A 23ft Starcraft Islander with a Suzuki 200HP four stroke. When the wind keeps most canoes off the water, we will take the wind head on. This boat doubles as a great boat for trolling on a windy day or braving the cold weather in search of waterfowl. This boat has an open concept with ample room for gear or multiple fisherman. This boat is one of the largest aluminum boats in the area.
Mud, rocks and shallow water are the reasons why this boat was made. This boat goes where others can't to get you where the waterfowl wants to be. We hunt places others can't and we have this boat to thank for that. This 12ft boat can handle two clients at a time with the gear needed for the morning hunt.
We have two Mighty Layout Boys layout boats that we use for waterfowl hunting. These boats allow you to get an up close encounter while maintaining concealment in the open water as opposed to hunting from a boat. We will use these layouts for hunting divers on the lakes in our area.
This canoe was made by Bill Shamel using the Pop Moore mold. This boat had been meticulously cared for and is a traditional boat to our area. If you come to our area and hire a guide this is the boat that should be used. You won't find a nicer example of a grand laker.
